Shack From Hooverville Where People Used To Stay At
Materials -Cardboard -Popsicle sticks -Glue -Paint This shack represents trauma. During the Great Depression, homeless people in the United states stayed (lived) in shacks. By that time, it was hard to get a stable job. In order to be safe and not suffer, they had to stay in shacks. After the president Hoover, this place was named Hooverville. People would have their own things in these shacks, even if it was not the most comfortable place, it was all they could afford.
